# Holmes logo exploration v31-v36

This pass fixes the mismatch from v23-v30. The logo shown in the brief/index is not a recreated SVG, approximation, or separate design. Each proposed logo is a bitmap crop from the exact generated board that appears next to it.

## Recommendation

Advance v31 Flight Recorder first.

It is the strongest match for Holmes because it directly communicates recoverable session history, replay, continuity, and operational truth. It also works as an app icon, CLI mark, sticker, docs lockup, and product metaphor.

Advance v34 Wayfinding second.

It is cleaner and more product-company friendly. It keeps the cross-agent context-routing idea without leaning as hard into incident or audit aesthetics.

Keep v33 Archive Stamp as the archival/retrieval candidate.

It has the clearest filing and citation story, which maps well to local-first memory and source-backed recall.

## Production note

These are still generated bitmap concepts. Once a direction is selected, the next step is to redraw that exact cropped logo as vector artwork with app icon, CLI mark, horizontal lockup, monochrome, dark-mode, favicon, and small-size variants.
