# Holmes logo exploration v61-v66

This pass responds to the last correction: v55-v60 were closer to the product, but too basic. This run brings back the charm from the earlier Sherlock/detective generations while avoiding obvious props and keeping a product connection.

The creative position:

- Holmes should feel like a memorable artifact from agent casework.
- The product connection should be embedded in the object, not explained by generic feature cards.
- The mark can be playful, but it still needs to point to recall, source-backed memory, prompt context, procedures, shared workspaces, and handoffs.
- Avoid H monograms, literal Sherlock props, terminals, folders, and product-diagram marks.

## Recommendation

Advance v62 Red Thread Memory first.

It has the best balance: playful, memorable, detective-adjacent, and still connected to the product. The thread can stand for recall paths, artifact evidence, context continuity, and handoffs without becoming a technical graph.

Advance v63 Pocket Archive second.

This is the least geeky and most premium direction. It makes Holmes feel like owned local memory that lives with the developer, not a SaaS dashboard.

Advance v64 Recall Ticket third.

It is the clearest product metaphor: a pass for remembered context. It can support the story of moving context across sessions, agents, and teammates.

Explore v66 Context Cipher as the weirdest, most ownable direction.

It is less immediately legible, but it gives Holmes a visual language around compacting messy work into durable context.

## Notes

v65 Redacted Source Tab is useful for the trust/provenance side of the brand, but it is more serious than playful.

v61 Missing Page is clear, but it risks drifting back toward the basic document-icon lane.

## Production note

These are bitmap concepts. Once a direction is selected, redraw the exact chosen cropped logo as vector artwork with app icon, CLI mark, horizontal lockup, favicon, dark-mode, monochrome, and small-size variants.
